1.Different. Scalar helps your cells talk to each other. A lot of people find it useful for sleep. I personally don't, but I think I'm an exception there. The rife machines are frequencies for lots of different things. I think both work well together. I think the scalar helps the frequencies be more effective.
2.I use the scalar to unwind in the evening while either learning from YT, Gaia or meditating. I don’t sleep in it. I have sometimes and it works fine but I find I sleep better unwinding in it before sleep. I use the remotes all the time upgrading my DNA as well as my partners each 6 weeks. I carry water everywhere with me full of apple cider vinegar and rain water. Hydration is key. Sometimes I imprint but not often. It’s more for convenience that I do it this way. I think scalar would be awesome if you were in the field more. I also support family and my farm land I live on with straight scalar via using photos printed and putting them in the field. This works too over long periods of time I’ve seen. Any one with strong ailments I put in the remotes on their own for periods of time. I’m going to work on imprinting objects to wear now. Looks like a great option. I’ve been doing this combination of scalar and remotes the last two years and it works for me and my partners situation. I’ve lost 20kgs, fully detoxed, enjoy life, know my purpose, sleep 7-9 hours a day, have a beautiful partner, have a connection to higher dimensional consciousness, and am working on longevity and age reversal in this body. A long way different to a couple of years ago.
So to answer your question, both are wonderful tools and use them in a way that resonates best with you. The key is to have “intent”, that is what will bring changes.🙏
