Does anyone know if I can use the Scalar device while I also have a WaveRider to protect my home from EMFs/5G and a SaticShield Power Perfect Box, as well as Greenwave filters on outlets to mitigate dirty electricity from Solar panels?

Scalar should be fine to be used alongside your EMF protectors. Infact scalar field brings coherence to the harmful EMF field. You may compare the effects with and without the EMF shields and use them accordingly.
