Can I run the program as contact if I do BFB with Scalar?

This is possible, but the scalar BFB scan only scans to 50 kHz. Ideally you treat yourself with the scalar for a scalar BFB Scan, but other modes like contact can work. But if you want a wider range of scanned frequencies, you might consider doing a TENS scan.
