Do I leave it at the low frequency of 1.99 once the light fades and comes back on (BFB Scan)?

Scalar biofeedback scan. So, after tuning and getting a high of i.e. 5.90 and a low of 1.90, I’d like to perform a scalar BFB scan. And it was my understanding that I’d operate that at 5.90 for testing purposes. Is this correct? Or, do I leave it at the low frequency of 1.99 once the light fades and comes back on?

A:
1.99 MHz is guaranteed to be an EMF-based tune and has no scalar field.
5.9 MHz at standard distances(between 6 and 9 feet apart) sounds correct for a scalar field, where the two transmissions will be correctly tuned to induce a 180-degree phase reflection.
Whenever you have the Link Cable Light turned on, it is siphoning power from the system. For normal operation, you turn it off.
