- Is it ok to run the cables behind my mattress at the level of my head? Or should I run the cable in between the mattresses
- Is ringing of the ears normal?
- Is 5.5 Hz after tuning a good Hz number to run it?
A:
1.The link cable emits an EM field that shoots out about 6 inches. I’d keep the cable away from my head if I were you. I also wouldn’t run it between the mattresses for the same reason.
It is best to route the cable under the bed so that it is also not too close to the body while you sleep. If the cable is too short to do this, then invest in a longer cable. It’s not terribly cost-prohibitive to do so. Any 16 AWG stranded wire with 4mm banana plugs will work and you don’t have to buy pre-assembled. They sell banana plugs that screw onto the ends of the wire.
While the EMF is not on the same level as say sleeping with your phone on your body, it still is a source of unwanted EMF that you will be exposing yourself to repetitively each night you sleep.
2.I have ringing in my ears all the time, which increases when I am more toxic. It is possible that Scalar is helping your body get rid of some waste matter and that the ringing will reduce with more use.
3.As for tuning, you will get this process down with practice. There are a few variables that affect what frequency you will end at. 5.5 MHz is certainly more reasonable for a setup around a bed than say 3.2 MHz, so at least it sounds like you are in the right area.
