How long do you spend on average in scalar field? How do you feel?

In general, we recommend using Spooky2 Scalar for at least an hour a day. For pure scalar mode, you can also use it all night.

2. I sleep in it every night with vit c and quartz crystal. Best sleep ever. 7-8hrs continuously, not waking up at all deep sleep. Love it.

3. In my case, every 2 days for 6 to 8 hours during the night, I do a hunt and kill while I sleep. I sleep much better and my neck pain and headaches have completely disappeared and never reappeared.
