Can I run Solfeggio frequencies through Scalar in conjunction with using Scalar Harmony at the same time?

Yes. You can run Solfeggio frequencies using the generator in conjunction with Harmony. There is no conflict. It is just that Harmony is more pure because it is analog. The generator input is digital.
