Is there a ‘program’ or single frequency e.g. 5 megahertz that can be fired into the generator/remote to simulate pure unmodified scalar energy?

A frequency can not simulate scalar energy.
The scalar field does not exist per se on the transmitter.
The field exists between the two boxes when the transmission between both is 180 degrees out of phase.
The frequency that is used is primarily dependent on the distance between the two boxes.
You can either move the boxes to align the nodal points of the frequency used, or you can change the frequency to align to the distance of the boxes.
When it is reflected by the receiver, you want the frequency used to land on a node. By changing the frequency, you change the distance between nodes (wavelength is altered) and thus make the alignment possible.
