When tune my Scalar, the light does not light up in the Receiver indicating the tuning of the scalar waves.

For the tuning operation, you must first use tune LED on the Transmitter till the red light becomes brighter as possible, second you can check that the two cases have been tuned when you push the button with the red light around on the Receiver case. This light allows you to be sure that the scalar waves are on, it must be pushed off during the rest of the session. You must not push this button on before having tuned your Transmitter otherwise it won’t light.
