Should the frequency of the program on my GX window be the same as the frequency on the transmitter box window?

The display on the scalar transmitter will continue to show the frequency that you tuned the scalar system to and is a reflection of the frequency that the generator in the scalar transmitter is using.

The frequency of the GX is being used to modulate the scalar field and is only turning the scalar transmitter on and off at that rate.

If you were to turn the link cable test light on while running the generator, you will see the light flash on and off if the frequency on the generator is low enough.
