I would like to know the correct procedure to energise water to drink for all family. Can I put directly on the coil the jar with shungite and water and leave on how long?

Yes, you can put the jar on the transmitter coil and put something else like essential oil or anything you want on the receiver coil. In this case, the water will receive information from the what is on the receiver coil. Be sure to tune after you put the jar on the transmitter coil. Another way is you can put the water in between the two boxes. But we do not know how good this way is.
