Would a paper (prevent contamination with vitamins on receiver coil) lower its effectiveness?

Actually, the paper doesn’t affect.

Try to squirt some of the contents into a glass bottle instead of putting the can on the receiver coil.

You could also try keeping a few dead mosquitoes with some insecticide in a glass bottle, and keep it on the receiver coil. This way the targeting could be more effective.

Or, you can use an old school method: print a photo of some mosquitos/animals you want to remove, one of the concerned room(s) / house, then write “please stay away from here, thanks” on a small paper with a pencil (graphite).
Put all pics and paper together on the transmitter coil (from my tests is better than the receiver, for this operating mode), tune it on the scalar wave and wait some days to see the results.
No need Spooky2 generator, nor chemicals, your command is sent to the target via scalar field. Very much efficient and no chemicals or killing involved. They simply will go elsewhere. Let them take a little time to understand and spread the command among themselves.
