The initial starting frequency was always 41kHz. You are free to scan lower, but there’s potentially no value in doing so.
Sound doesn’t kill by devitalization. Sound can only create changes in the body through entrainment or mood, which can have a positive effect on one’s immune system. Hulda Clark used a variety of methods to identify resonance. She reported most things she found frequencies for resided between 76 kHz and 880 kHz.
It is why we used to scan 76 kHz to 152 kHz as an octal harmonic range when we could only use the Pulse to do biofeedback scans. I suspect HC would have found even higher frequencies if she had equipment that could work in higher frequency ranges. Personally, I suspect for many things she found subharmonics.
Rife even once stated that it was possible his frequencies could be harmonics, but they worked and got the job done. If he had a more accurate MOR, it would just work faster (paraphrased).
