Are all these frequencies working along with the Scalar whether it blinks and title bar moves or not?

BFB frequencies are all going to be above 41,000 Hz. Frequency (Hz) means how many times you’re going to see the light blink per second. Your eye can’t perceive a light flashing say 150,000 times per second. That’s why you think the light isn’t blinking.
